Tried to call to see what type of anesthesia is used if any for they injection treatments! And they wouldn't let me know unless I book an appointment! And didnt care at all to give me any information on becoming a new patient! So obviously they are not taking new patients! But now I see I dodged a bullet! Very unprofessional staff!

Everyone here is so friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff really takes time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable. Dr Liu was the smartest physician I’ve ever encountered. Her bedsides manner was remarkable. She took her time, explained her diagnosis and recommended plan of action. Her staff was tremendously courteous and professional. I’m very happy with this experience, although it was obviously uncomfortable and anxiety-filed at times. I’ll circle back with an update on the efficacy of the procedures.

I had an appointment in Brownsville ...once I get there they tell me it's closed that only certain days they attend so why wouldn't they let me know? They messaged me to take all my meds n I did a patient portal so I figured it wasn't for ne but after attending to the one in McAllen I am very satisfied with all the personal from the front desk to the driver n Dr's! Thank you all n God Bless you all🙏

Very friendly staff, they came to pick me up from Weslaco to Mcallen and then they brought me back home super cool friendly driver, minimal minimal pain and that’s cause I didn’t get the anesthesia, very professional in and out I recommend this to anybody that’s in pain.

I took my mother to get evaluated and treated at this facility. My mother was using a cane to assist with walking prior to her treatment. She was recommended some injections by Dr. Liu after a thorough evaluation. After the procedure, my mother stopped using the cane and felt soooo much better.
The wait time was very short, all our questions and concerns were patiently answered and explained.
She was very grateful to Dr. Liu and her wonderful staff. They all had great manners, patient with her getting around and making sure she was comfortable after the procedure. All staff demonstrated compassion which is something unusual at most doctor visits.
Will definitely recommend Dr. Liu to others!

A Very friendly staff with great manners. The doctor always take his time to answered all my concerns and questions. The nurses take their time to see if you are comfortable or if you need anything. Also best Driver Roll she makes sure you are having a pleasant drive and makes you feel better with her nice enthusiasm.

I really like 911 pain management. After being escorted into the room the Dr came in pretty quick. She was very attentive and understanding. She quickly assessed me and ordered the appropriate medication. I really recommend this clinic to anyone suffering in pain caused by any sort of accident.

I want to share that Dr. Liu and the entire staff I dealt with at 911 were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The facility was very clean organized and upscale. I was visiting from out of town and they got me in sooner than expected, more importantly they helped significantly with my pain on my first visit. I went to see them because I was experiencing excruciating lower back pain and they were almost able to take me down to zero on the pain scale. I highly recommend this business.
